4.1.) Main body of drawing machine:

4.1.1.) Type: horizontal type, 13capstans lay on a tandem line

4.1.2.) Main frame: made of steel plate, annealed after welding and precision

machine finishing will be done

4.1.3.) Gears: made of high quality carbon steel, all gear teeth grinded after

heat-treatment to avoid noising and dynamic balance test will be done

to avoid machine vibration

4.1.4.) Shaft: made of high quality carbon steel, grinding will be done after heat

treatment.

a.) Type: Capstan ring insert type,

c.) Arrangement of capstan: 12 sets of capstan installed inside the drawing chamber and one set of finishing capstan installed outside of the chamber

thickness tungsten carbide spray coating
f.) Hardness of capstan surface: 65 Hrc

4.1.12.) Lubrication device:

a.) All the gears are sinked into the lubricant in the gear box.

b.) All the bearings are oiled by circulating pump through oil piping.

c.) Heat exchanger provided for lubricant cooling.

4.1.13.) Drawing lubricant:

(1) A 4” inlet valve is attached on the wire inlet side of machine.
(2) Piping for inject cooling to the dies and capstans are provided
(3) Heat exchanger and lubrication circulating pipping of machine

are completed together with the drawing machine body.

(4) Circulation capacity: 1000L/min.

a.) Circulating pump: 10HP Vane pump.

b.) Pipping: inlet 4", outlet 10” pipes

4.1.14.) Transmission: 335HP DC motor > D type V pulleys > 3 steps gear box.>

4.2.3.) Counting unit: 0.1 meter/count.

4.3.) Wire broken detector:

4.3.1.) Type: Pulse generator non contact type

4.3.2.) Application: Due to detecting position in the wire

inlet portion so that the machine will be stoped

immediatly while wire broken has been happened
